Withdrawal

Withdrawals at nanastoro are processed within 24 working hours once the request is approved. For members who have completed KYC, withdrawals are typically faster. Funds will be transferred directly to your registered bank account or e-wallet.

Common reasons why a withdrawal may be held or rejected:

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal request as long as it is still in "In Progress". Log in to your account, go to the Transaction History section, and select the cancel option. If the withdrawal is already in "Processing" or "Completed" status, it cannot be cancelled.
